Excellence in Our Breeding Program
We are a CFA and TICA registered cattery based in Troutdale, Virginia, dedicated to the ethical breeding and placement of high quality, healthy, and well socialized kittens. Our program currently produces Siamese and Balinese in the following colors: Seal, Blue, Chocolate, and Lilac. Through careful genetic planning and adherence to recognized breed standards, we are actively advancing our lines and anticipate producing the rare colors Cinnamon and Fawn next year.
Our cats come from some of the longest established and most respected bloodlines in the United States. All breeding cats undergo comprehensive DNA testing and are certified free from known genetic disorders, as well as FIV and FeLV. Our breeding program prioritizes health, correct conformation, and exceptional temperament in alignment with breed standards and best practices.
Kittens are raised in a controlled, family oriented environment alongside a Bengal cat, two Great Danes, and two young children, with regular exposure to approved visitors. This early socialization supports confident, well adjusted kittens and a smooth transition into a variety of household settings. Nutritional needs are met with a premium diet consisting of Tiki Cat Kitten dry and wet food.

Pricing & Reservation Policy
- Adoption fee: $1,600–$2,200, based on individual kitten characteristics, and fees may also vary based on whether the kitten has been altered (spayed or neutered) prior to going home.
- Clients acquiring multiple kittens from a single litter are eligible for a 10% discount.
- Returning clients will receive a 5% discount on their next Kitten/Cat.
- Reservation deposit: $400 non-refundable reserve deposit is required and applied toward total purchase price. The reserve deposit is $300 for those who have paid for the exclusive wait list.
- Kittens are eligible for placement between 12 - 14 weeks of age
Available Delivery and Pick-Up Services
- I offer meet-ups at major interstate exits, within 1 hour from my location.
- I offer personal hand-delivery by airplane to ensure your kitten arrives safely and stress-free. If you choose this option, the flight cost is due one month in advance of the kitten’s scheduled delivery date, along with the Flight Nanny Fee, and the required in-cabin pet carrier fee.
- While an In-person meeting is preferred, clients may arrange their own transportation via airplane or ground. The remaining balance of the kitten is required 72 hours prior to the kittens schedule delivery date.
